Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Seed Cycle Blend LUT (3 doses)
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 20 mls Clover Ferments Turmeric Kvass
- 1 roasted garlic clove
- 1 pinch of sea salt (add more to your taste)
- 1/2 tbsp lemon
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together with a stick blender or similar device.
- Refrigerate and use within 6 days
